Når du migrerer til Mystore.no med Cart2Cart, bør du være klar over disse plattformspesifikke punktene for adresser, kategorier, anmeldelser og URL-er.

1. Kundeadresse. Hvis First Name, Last Name eller City er tomme under kundeadresse i kildesystemet, settes verdiene til N/A etter migrasjon til Mystore.no.

2. Ordreadresse og ordrekundeinfo. First name, Last name, City og Country er obligatoriske. Er de tomme, kan Mystore.no fylle inn standardverdier som:

— First name — N/A
— Last name — N/A
— City — City
— Country — Sweden

3. Produktkategorier. Produkter uten kategori i kildesystemet plasseres i en automatisk opprettet skjult kategori i Mystore.no. Sorter dem manuelt etter migrasjon om nødvendig.

4. Produktanmeldelser. Før import: sjekk at hver anmeldelse er knyttet til både produkt og kunde. Anmeldelser uten slike koblinger hoppes over.

5. Ordrer. Ordrer som ikke er knyttet til en kunde (f.eks. gjestekjøp eller slettet kundekonto) hoppes over.

6. Tøm eksisterende data. Tilleggsvalget Clear current data on Target Store before Migration kan ta lengre tid mot Mystore.no enn mot mange andre plattformer.

When migrating to Mystore.no with Cart2Cart, review these platform-specific points so address fields, categories, reviews, and URLs behave as expected.

1. Customer address fields. If First Name, Last Name, or City is empty under customer address on the source store, Mystore.no will receive N/A for those values after migration.

2. Order address and order customer info. First name, Last name, City, and Country are mandatory. If they are empty, Mystore.no may autofill defaults such as:

— First name — N/A
— Last name — N/A
— City — City
— Country — Sweden

3. Product categories. Products that are not assigned to a category on the source cart are placed in an automatically created hidden category on Mystore.no. Reassign them manually after migration if needed.

4. Product reviews. Before import, confirm each review is linked to both a product and a customer. Reviews without those links are skipped.

5. Orders. Orders that are not linked to a customer (for example guest checkout, or a deleted customer account) are skipped.

6. Clear current data. The additional option Clear current data on Target Store before Migration may take longer on Mystore.no than on many other platforms.

7. URL structure and duplicates. Mystore.no product URLs do not include a category path. Source products that shared the same slug under different categories can collide. Cart2Cart then appends a numeric suffix (for example -1) so each URL stays unique.

Example: source URLs …/men-belts/belt-armani and …/women-belts/belt-armani may become …/belt-armani and …/belt-armani-1 on Mystore.no.
