How to perform PrestaShop migration?

Will customers' credit card information be migrated?
Unfortunately, customers' credit card information is not migrated. Though, the information about customers' billing, shipping addresses will be successfully migrated.

Can I migrate customer passwords?
Due to the fact that various shopping carts use different password encryption algorithm, customers' passwords will not be migrated. When the migration process is completed all registered customers will have to use password recovery form on the target shopping cart to use their profiles.

Is it possible to migrate my reviews?
Yes, but free Product Comments module has to be installed.

Will SEO be migrated?
For PrestaShop migrations is available additional option “Migrate categories and products SEO URLs". URLs can be moved within Magento, OpenCart, CS-Cart, PrestaShop, VirtueMart 2, WooCommerce and osCommerce (migration from only). Click here for more details.

Yes, we support PrestaShop multi-store migration, but unfortunately, while such type of migration additional options "Preserve products/customers/orders IDs on the Target store" are not available.

Is the migration of 301 SEO URLs available for PrestaShop?
Yes, 301 SEO URLs of categories and products are available for migration to/from PrestaShop as an additional option. However, you need to install PrestaShop module beforehand in order to make it possible.
