Spark Pay (AmeriCommerce)-related questions3

Yes, with an important caveat for AmeriCommerce / Cart.com Online Store.

Cart2Cart migrates product image references (URLs). If the Source store stays online, images usually keep loading from the old host. If the Source is taken down, or you need files hosted on Cart.com, upload the image files to the Target and enable Preserve product image URLs in the Migration Wizard so paths stay consistent.

Upload images via SFTP (bulk)

1. Request SFTP credentials from Cart.com support (separate from your admin login).

2. In your SFTP client use: protocol SFTP, host ftp.americommerce.com, port 22. For QuickConnect, prefer sftp://ftp.americommerce.com.

3. After connecting, open My Storewww (site root). Place image folders there so relative paths such as /images/… resolve. For multi-store shared media, use the shared directory as documented by Cart.com.

4. In Cart2Cart, select Preserve product image URLs when configuring the AmeriCommerce / Cart.com Target.

Smaller uploads (admin File Manager)

For a few files: Cart.com admin → StorefrontContentFiles → upload. You can also attach images later under Catalog → Product, or via product CSV (ItemImages column) after files are on the server.

Yes. Cart2Cart can migrate multiple AmeriCommerce / Cart.com Online Store storefronts in one Wizard run when the Access Token can see every store.

1. Create or open an API app and Access Token as described in How to retrieve Access Token from Spark Pay (AmeriCommerce) (path: ToolsApps & AddonsAPI Apps & Integrations).

2. On that app/token settings screen, enable Tokens Access All Stores (check the box) and save. Without this, the token may only authorize the primary store.

3. In the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard, enter the store URL and Access Token for AmeriCommerce / Cart.com Online Store.

4. On the Multi-store Configuration step, confirm every storefront you intend to migrate is listed. If a store is missing, re-check the token permissions and regenerate/view the token if needed.

5. Map entities and continue with Demo or Full Migration for the selected stores.

Account branding may show Cart.com, AmeriCommerce, or Spark Pay; the API Apps & Integrations location is the same. Enterprise multi-store provisioning (Central API Router) is separate—for Cart2Cart, prefer a single-token flow with Tokens Access All Stores enabled.
