PrestaShop is popular e-Commerce solution, which today powers more than 130 000 online shops. It offers advanced marketing and SEO tools, helpful support and high level of security. However, merchants claim that PrestaShop store is not stable after major upgrades. Moreover, some important extensions are available only for additional costs. Step 1. Register
You will have a possibility to sign in with your existing Google or Facebook account or register a new account.
Step 2. Select Your Source Cart
Choose PrestaShop as your Source Cart. Then paste your current online shop’s URL. The next phase is to install Connection Bridge on your computer to give us access to your data. To perform that you have to:
- download Connection Bridge;
- extract it from archive;
- shift bridge to the root directory.

Step 3. Select Your Target Cart
Pick Magento from the drop-down menu. Then enter target store’s URL. After that, you have to repeat the same procedure with Connection Bridge as it was explained on the previous step.
Step 4. Entities selection
At this point, you will have an opportunity to choose items which have to be migrated by putting a tick near entities. On this step, it is also possible to select additional options. Step 5. Multi-store Configuration
On this step, you have an opportunity to map target and source stores.
Step 6. Languages Mapping
If your current Prestashop store is multilingual, Cart2Cart provides a possibility to map languages with target Magento store.
Step 7. Currencies Mapping
If you use more than one currency to sell products, you will have an opportunity to map them too. If not, just skip this step.
Step 8. Orders Status Mapping
In a case, you’ve chosen to transfer orders, at this point Cart2Cart gives an opportunity to match their statuses.
Step 9. Demo Migration

Step 10. Full Migration
