General Questions

Due to CoreCommerce API limits, Cart2Cart can migrate only one main product image and one product image thumbnail per product to CoreCommerce.

Example: if a Source product has 10 images, only the primary image plus one thumbnail are written via API. Extra gallery images must be added on CoreCommerce afterward.

Options for remaining images:

Manual upload in the CoreCommerce product admin.
CSV / bulk import if your CoreCommerce plan still supports product import with image paths—upload files first, then map image columns.
Cart2Cart Support can help provide an archive of product images from the Source after migration so you can finish the import yourself.
