General Questions

Cart2Cart cannot always pull Big Cartel orders via API alone. Export orders to CSV and upload them in the Migration Wizard when prompted.

2. Open Orders.

3. Choose a tab: Unshipped, Partially Shipped, Shipped, or All Orders (or select specific orders with checkboxes).

4. Click Export orders to download the CSV.

5. In Cart2Cart, at the import/upload step, upload the orders CSV.
