Therefore, if your source store contained categories nested deeper than 8 levels, Cart2Cart will automatically adjust these categories, placing any categories beyond the 8th level as root categories during the data migration process to ensure data integrity and compatibility with the BigCommerce platform.

To avoid this situation, carefully review your category structure before migration and restructure any categories exceeding the 8-level limit. Alternatively, consider adjusting your category structure after the migration within your BigCommerce admin panel.
