You may need a BigCommerce product ID when troubleshooting a Cart2Cart migration.

1. Log in to BigCommerce.

2. Go to Products → View (or All Products).

3. Open the product. The browser URL typically contains the numeric ID (for example .../products/123/... or an id= parameter).

1. On the storefront product page, open the main image in a new tab.

2. In the image URL, find the /products/ segment; the number that follows is often the product ID.
