UPDATE: By default, Weebly store owners have limited access to their API information and to store's ID in particular. If you can't find ‘Platform API token’ in your 'Settings' menu as described in the instructions below, contact Weebly support and ask them to provide your store's ID. Once you receive the ID, you'll be able to proceed with the migration

To migrate from Weebly with Cart2Cart service you have to provide your store’s ID. Here is a step-by-step guide how to do that.

1. Log in to your Weebly account.
2. In the upper right corner press ‘Edit Site’ button.
3. In the upper menu navigate to ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’.
4. Scroll down the page to the ‘Platform API token’ section and find your 'Site id'.
5. Copy and paste your Store’s ID to the corresponding Migration Wizard field.

Why Do I See More Customers to Transfer from Weebly Than Expected?

During the Weebly migration setup, Cart2Cart estimates the number of customers by equating it to the number of orders. This is done to expedite the initial setup process. Therefore, in the Migration Wizard, the displayed quantity of Customers will initially match the quantity of Orders.

This estimation helps streamline the initial setup for your Weebly data migration. If you require a precise customer count before initiating the full migration, we recommend running a demo migration. This will allow you to verify the data and ensure accurate customer counts are reflected in the target store.
