Etsy lets sellers download shop data as CSV from Shop Manager. Cart2Cart’s automated Etsy migration usually connects via API in the Migration Wizard—you do not need to upload a CSV for a standard run—but exporting files is still useful for backups and audits.

Export active listings (CSV)

1. Sign in at Etsy.com.

2. Open You → Shop Manager.

3. Go to Settings → Options → Download Data.

4. Under currently for-sale listings, click Download CSV.

The listing CSV includes title, description, price, currency, quantity, tags, materials, image URLs, and SKUs (when set). Etsy’s native listing export covers active listings only—not drafts or inactive items.

Export orders / payments (CSV)

On the same Download Data tab, use the Orders section: choose CSV type, month/year (omit month for a full year), then Download CSV for order items, orders, Etsy Payments sales, or deposits.
