Merchium (CS-Cart–based cloud ecommerce) connects to Cart2Cart through the method shown in the Migration Wizard for your cart version. Use the current Migration App / API flow first; keep the older add-on token steps only if your admin still exposes that add-on.

Cart2Cart Merchium Migration App / API (current)

1. Start a migration in the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard and choose Merchium as source or target.

2. Install the Cart2Cart Merchium Migration App when the Wizard instructs you to (this establishes the API connection Merchium requires).

3. Provide the API fields the Wizard requests. Current Merchium connection fields typically include values such as clientId, clientSecret, refreshToken, storeId, adminEmail, and adminPwd—enter exactly what the Wizard labels ask for.

4. Validate the connection and continue with Demo or Full Migration. If the App or credentials fail, contact Cart2Cart support via Live Chat with your Merchium store URL.

Cart2Cart add-on security token (legacy)

Older Merchium setups used a security token pasted into the Cart2Cart add-on settings:

1. Copy the Token from the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard.

2. Open your Merchium admin panel.

3. Go to Add-ons → Manage add-ons.

4. Click Browse all available add-ons.

5. Locate Cart2Cart and click Install.

6. Under Installed add-ons, open Cart2Cart → gear icon → Settings (activate the add-on if needed).

7. Paste the Token and click Save.
