How to export data from my ePages store?

Due to ePages platform peculiarities, you'll need to import your store data into the Migration Wizard using CSV files. This guide illustrates how to export your categories as an example of the data migration process.

1. Log in to your ePages admin area and navigate to the Products -> Import and export tab.

2. Within the Export form, you'll need to configure the parameters for your export file:

- Select Content / Categories / Pages in the Object Type field.
Note: To export Product Categories, select Category Product Assignment. The Products and Products types fields are displayed identically.

- Set the Encoding field to UTF-8*.
- Choose comma (,)* as the delimiter and click the Export button.
Note: (*) It's crucial that these settings are precisely matched during the data export.

3. Save the file to an easily accessible location on your computer. Then, return to the Migration Wizard and upload the file to the corresponding field.

Note: Orders can only be exported from ePages in XML format.

To export orders, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your ePages admin panel.
  • Go to the Orders Menu.
  • Select the orders you wish to export, or select all of them by checking the box in the top left corner.
  • Click Export.

4. Click the Import Data button at the bottom of the page to proceed.
