ePages migrations with Cart2Cart typically use CSV (and sometimes XML for orders). Export the entity files from your shop admin, then upload them in the Migration Wizard. Exact menu labels differ between ePages Now and older Base shops.

ePages Now — Settings → Export and Import (current)

1. Log in to your ePages / Webshop Now administration area.

2. Go to Settings → Export and Import.

3. Select the data type you need (for example Products, Categories, Customers, product categorizations, product types) and click Export to download a CSV file.

4. Repeat for each entity Cart2Cart asks you to upload.

5. When editing CSVs outside the shop, prefer LibreOffice Calc over Excel to avoid corrupting delimiters/encoding. For re-import into ePages, hosts often require UTF-8 and a semicolon separator under “More options”—match whatever your export used.

6. Return to the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard and upload the files into the matching fields, then continue.

ePages Base — Products → Import and export (still common on older shops)

1. Log in and open Products → Import and export (customers may have a similar Import and export screen).

2. On the Export form, choose the Object Type (for example Products, Content / Categories / Pages, or Category Product Assignment for product–category links).

3. Set Encoding to UTF-8 and the delimiter to the value your shop expects (often comma or semicolon—use the same settings if you re-import later).

4. Click Export, save the file, and upload it in the Migration Wizard.

Orders: On many Base shops, orders export as XML from the Orders menu (select orders → Export), not as CSV from Import and export.

If a menu path does not match your host’s white-label panel, use their “Export and Import” or “Import and export” help article, then upload the resulting files in Cart2Cart.
