Yes, all previous orders will be migrated during your data migration. However, it's important to note that all orders will be migrated with their *current* status. Unfortunately, it is technically impossible to transfer the complete order status history from one platform to another.

This means that while you'll have a record of all past orders in your new store, the chronological progression of each order's status (e.g., "Pending," then "Processing," then "Shipped") will not be replicated. Instead, each migrated order will reflect the status it held in your previous store at the time of migration.

Order status histories are often deeply intertwined with the specific logic and workflows of the source platform. Replicating these complex workflows across different platforms is technically prohibitive.
