Can I close my browser window right after the procedure has begun?
Sure. You can close your browser window any time right after shopping cart import has started. Current migration(s) status is reflected on the "My Migrations" page in your account.

Will my transferred data types look as in my current store backend?
Cart2Cart provides the possibility to migrate products, customers, and orders from your shop database, but not your backend. That's why, no matter what filters or other configurations are set within your admin panel, the transferred data types will look exactly as it does in the database, not your store backend.

Can I be sure of my data security when using Cart2Cart?
Cart2Cart handles the transfer using a separate secure Hetzner server, and the data is not stored after the import has been accomplished. Cart2Cart does not transfer credit card information and passwords. We use secure HTTPS protocol for all connections; only authorized staff can access the procedure. Do I risk losing store records information from my current e-store during the import?
The Source (current) store data aren't affected by the transfer at all. In layman's terms, the data (products, customers, orders, etc.) is only copied and pasted into your Target. So, the procedure is totally safe for the e-shop that is transferred, and there is no risk of losing any of the data. We guarantee 100% uptime and data safety during the import with Cart2Cart. In other words, you can keep selling while your running store records is being transferred to the shopping cart solution.

Does transfer influence affect the speed of my e-shop?
No, database migration doesn't impact either the speed, or the performance of your existing e-shop. Cart2Cart only copies the records from your current store and pastes it on the new one. It doesn't e-store in any way, so it can work as usual.
