If you cannot log in to the Wix dashboard during a Cart2Cart setup, check roles and account access first.
1. Confirm you are using the correct Wix account email for the site.
2. Ask the site owner to grant you Owner or Co-Owner (API keys and full store settings require these roles).
3. Accept any pending Wix team invitations, then sign out and back in.
4. Generate the API key from the owner/co-owner account: How to generate a Wix API token.
5. If login still fails, reset the Wix password or contact Wix support—Cart2Cart cannot bypass Wix authentication.
