When migrating to Volusion with Cart2Cart, additional (gallery) product images are not migrated automatically because of Volusion platform limits. Main product images are supported in the automated flow.

After migration you may still need to copy media to Volusion (FTP/SFTP) and/or enable Preserve product image URLs during setup. See:

For migrations from Volusion, image handling depends on the target cart and whether you use CSV vs API—ask support if gallery images are missing on the target.
