No. You do not upload a Connection Bridge for Shopify. Shopify is API-hosted, so Cart2Cart connects through the Shopify API.

In the Migration Wizard, authorize Shopify via the Cart2Cart Store Migration app when prompted, or provide an Admin API access token from a custom app. See Where can I get Shopify API Password? for current credential steps.
