Can I close my browser window after the replatforming process has started?
Absolutely. You can close your browser window any time right after shopping cart transfer has started. Current migration(s) status is reflected on the "My Migrations" page in your account.

Will my transferred data types look as in my existing store backend?
Cart2Cart gives the opportunity to import products, customers, and orders from your shop database, but not your backend. That's why, no matter what filters or other configurations are set within your admin panel, the transferred data types will look exactly as it does in the database, not your store backend.

Can I be sure of my information security when using Cart2Cart?
Cart2Cart handles the migration using a separate secure Hetzner server, and the information is not stored after the transfer has been accomplished. Cart2Cart does not import credit card information and passwords. We use secure HTTPS protocol for all connections; only authorized staff can access the replatforming process. Do I risk losing store store information from my existing e-store during the transfer?
The Source (current) store records aren't impacted by the migration at all. In layman's terms, the data (products, customers, orders, etc.) is just copied and pasted into your Target. So, the replatforming process is totally secure for the e-shop that is transferred, and there is no risk of losing any of the information. We guarantee 100% uptime and information safety during the transfer with Cart2Cart. In other words, you can keep selling while your Source store info is being transferred to the shopping cart solution.

Does migration influence impact the speed of my e-shop?
No, database migration doesn't affect either the speed, or the performance of your current e-store. Cart2Cart only copies the info from your e-shop and pastes it on the new one. It doesn't e-shop in any way, so it can work as usual.

Why is my data import taking so long?
