If the source Wix store has 2,000 or more customers, Cart2Cart cannot migrate the full customer list automatically. That cap comes from Wix, not from a Cart2Cart entity-selection mistake.

Why some customers are skipped

Wix limits how many customers an automated migration can pull. Stores under that threshold can migrate customers in the wizard as usual. Stores at or above 2,000 customers need a custom transfer so the rest of the list can be moved with an alternative method.
