Due to differences in store templates, Cart2Cart typically migrates only the main product images during an automated shopping cart migration. If you require the migration of both main and additional images from your existing AbleCommerce store to another platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, we recommend requesting a customized data migration. Please contact our Support Team to discuss your specific needs and receive a tailored solution for your data migration project.

AbleCommerce migrations with Cart2Cart usually need CSV uploads from the admin Data Exchange tools.

AbleCommerce Gold (current)

1. Log in to AbleCommerce admin.

2. Go to Data → Export → Products (or Orders / Users for those entities).

3. Click Export All Products (or filter/select products, then export).

4. Choose export type (standard / variants / options) and select fields.

5. Click Export Products, wait, then download the CSV.

6. Repeat for Data → Export → Orders and Data → Export → Users as needed.

7. Upload the files in the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard.

AbleCommerce 7.x (legacy)

Install AbleCommerce DataPort, connect with store URL and admin credentials, export the required tables as CSV, then upload those files in Cart2Cart. See also export from AbleCommerce 7.x.

On AbleCommerce 7.x, use AbleCommerce DataPort (desktop export tool) to produce CSV files for Cart2Cart.

1. Download/install AbleCommerce DataPort from AbleCommerce.

2. Start DataPort and connect using your store URL.

3. Enter admin username/password and finish the connection wizard.

4. Select the entities/tables you need and export as CSV.

5. Save files locally and upload them in the Cart2Cart Migration Wizard.
