Why am I getting an error message while migrating to Bigcommerce?

If you’re transferring your data to a new Bigcommerce store and get an error pop-up on Migration Wizard, you’re shop might be not activated.

If so, follow these steps

1. Log in to Bigcommerce admin panel

2. Step to Settings and choose Store Settings

3. Press launch your store in the Store Status tab

4. Finally, click on Launch Store button in the Review and test your store box
