General Questions

After your Cart2Cart migration to or from WooCommerce finishes, you can remove any Cart2Cart-related WordPress plugins and the Connection Bridge files if they are no longer needed.

WooCommerce / WordPress (current)

1. Log in to WP-Admin.

2. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins.

3. Find the Cart2Cart module or password-migration plugin (if installed), click Deactivate, then Delete.

4. If you uploaded a Connection Bridge for a bridge-based cart connection, remove the bridge folder from the WordPress root via SFTP/file manager (typically a bridge2cart directory next to wp-config.php). Do not delete core WordPress or WooCommerce folders.

5. Optionally clear any caching plugins and re-check the storefront.

Older admin copy (legacy)

Older guides described the same deactivate/delete flow under Plugins with screenshots of the Cart2Cart module row. The menu path remains Plugins → Installed Plugins on current WordPress.
