Yes. With Cart2Cart you can migrate customers with passwords to WooCommerce when the source store uses default password hashing (no custom encryption).

Note: If the source cart customizes password hashing, accurate password transfer is not guaranteed.

For some source → WooCommerce combinations you must install the free Cart2Cart WooCommerce Passwords Migration Plugin (supports transfers from carts such as PrestaShop, Magento, and OpenCart). Install it before or after Full Migration; customers then sign in with their existing passwords.

Install via WP-Admin (current)

1. Download the plugin ZIP from the link above.

2. In WP-Admin go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.

3. Choose the ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate.

4. Confirm the plugin appears under Plugins → Installed Plugins.

Manual / FTP install (legacy)

Unzip the package and upload the plugin folder to wp-content/plugins/ via FTP/SFTP, then activate it under Plugins → Installed Plugins.
