Important: Amazon Webstore (the former hosted storefront product) has been retired. You cannot download Webstore admin files from that product anymore.

If you sell on Amazon Marketplace via Seller Central and need files for an Cart2Cart migration or backup:

Inventory / listings

1. Sign in to Amazon Seller Central.

2. Open Catalog or Inventory (labels vary by marketplace) and use Upload Products / Inventory Reports (or Reports → Fulfillment / Inventory).

3. Request an inventory or listings report, then download the file when ready.

Orders

1. In Seller Central, go to Orders (or Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders / order reports).

2. Generate and download the order report for the date range you need.

Exact menu names differ by Amazon marketplace and account type. Use Seller Central’s report center if a path above does not match your console.
