I first used this company a few years ago to migrate all of the product, order and customer info from one "shopping cart" ecommerce application to another, all went flawlessly. Over the weekend I again used their services for a client with a very large customer and product database. The service was even better. There was a hitch in the transfer (due to an error on the site, not the company). I was able to reach a customer service rep within minutes. She helped work through the issue and the transfer was done an hour later. Very highly recommended!
