This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for the Cart2Cart "24-Hour Demo Migration Kickstart" promotion ("Offer"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Offer Eligibility
This Offer is exclusively available to new visitors of the Cart2Cart website or the Cart2Cart Shopify App who are directly exposed to the promotional banner. To be considered a "new visitor," you must not have a pre-existing Cart2Cart account or have previously completed a migration.
2. The Offer
Eligible participants will receive a $25 (USD) discount to be applied toward the cost of one (1) Self-Service Migration.
3. How to Qualify
To qualify for the discount, you must meet the following conditions:
- 3.1. Initiate a Free Demo Migration: You must successfully start a Free Demo Migration within the 24-hour period indicated by the countdown timer.
- 3.2. Complete the Demo Migration: The Free Demo Migration must be completed successfully.
- 3.3. Receive Discount Code: Upon successful demo completion, a unique, one-time discount code will be automatically generated and delivered to your email address.
4. Understanding the 24-Hour Countdown Timer
The countdown timer displayed in the promotional banner serves as a visual guide for the qualification period.
- How it Starts: The 24-hour countdown begins the moment the promotional banner is first displayed to you as a new visitor on our website or within our Shopify App.
- What it Represents: The timer shows the remaining time you have to start your Free Demo Migration to become eligible for the $25 discount. It does not represent the validity period of the discount code itself.
5. Redeeming Your Discount
- 5.1. Application: The discount is automatically linked to your account and will be applied during the checkout process for your Self-Service Migration.
- 5.2. Coupon Code Validity: The unique discount code generated upon demo completion is valid to be applied at checkout for three (3) months from the date your Free Demo Migration was started.
- 5.3. Applied Discount Validity: Once the discount has been applied at checkout, the Full Migration must be purchased within 45 days. If the purchase is not completed within this 45-day window, the applied discount will expire.
6. Limitations

6.1. Offer Scope: This discount applies exclusively to Self-Service Migrations. For clarity, the following services are not eligible for this Offer:
- A Self-Service Migration is defined as a migration performed entirely by the user through the automated Cart2Cart Migration Wizard.
- Customization Services, defined as any additional requirements that necessitate the direct involvement of our technical engineers (e.g., custom data handling, theme modifications), are explicitly excluded.
- Data Migration Service Packages are comprehensive, all-inclusive services that are separate from this Offer. You can review these packages at our service packages page.
- 6.2. One-Time Use: This offer is limited to one (1) use per customer account and per migration project.
- 6.3. No Cash Value: The discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
- 6.4. Combination with Other Offers: This Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Modification and Termination
Cart2Cart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such an event, any discount codes that have already been issued will be honored according to these Terms until their individual expiry.
