1. Both Source and Target stores should be installed properly (please check scripts and database) before using Cart2Cart sevice. You may skip this step if you’re using hosted stores (SaaS).
   Stores should have different URL addresses.
   For example, if you need to migrate to a new store on the same domain just install your Target store into subfolder or site subdomain (for example: www.mystore.com is Source URL, and www.mystore.com/newstore/ or newstore.mystore.com are Target URLs).
   
2. Download Connection Bridges and install them to both Source and Target sites as described in http://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/faq/1-general%20questions/47-What-is-the-Bridge-files-and-how-to-download-it?
3. Turn off site redirects to ensure correct bridge work. Usually you just need to add a few lines to your .htaccess file. For more detailed information consult with your server administrator or contact Cart2Cart support.
4. Check your website and/or server firewall settings (increase number of connections from single IP address if needed) to ensure proper work of Connection Bridges.
5. In some cases during the migration process an increase in server load may occur on Source and/or Target hosting accounts.

7. Once a problem has occurred on DEMO stage, please contact Cart2Cart support.
   If your Demo migration has been completed successfully you can start the FULL migration.
   Once the migration has been started you may close your browser window. You can view your migration progress/status on “My Migrations” page.
8. Please do not modify any store scripts or database information during migration process (do not drop database or restore/reinstall your store etc).
9. Note that you could see the results on your Target Store only after 100% migration complete.
