Special Support Hours Schedule for the Holiday Period

As the end of the year draws closer, we would like to thank our clients for their support and commitment throughout the year. You are those who have made our success possible.

Despite all the ups and downs of 2020, it was a wonderful year full of hard work and great achievements. To prepare for another business year, we’re going to reduce our working hours during the upcoming holiday period.

The support team, normally based in the office but for most of this year working remotely, will have special schedules to get the chance to celebrate with their families. This will mean limited support on certain days starting from December, 25 until January, 7.

Here’s a short summary of the support hours over the holiday period:

December, 25:

  • live chat support - round the clock,
  • ticket support - 11 am. - 7 pm.

December, 31:

  • live chat support - till 7 pm,
  • ticket support - 11 am. - 7 pm.

January, 1:

  • live chat support - from 12 pm,
  • ticket support - sorry, no support.

January, 6:

  • live chat support - round the clock,
  • ticket support - 11 am. - 7 pm.

January, 7:

  • live chat support - round the clock,
  • ticket support - 11 am. - 7 pm.
