By listing your company information at Cart2Cart web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Service Provider Agreement").

Modifications of Service Provider Agreement

MagneticOne reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Your Obligation - General

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You can also review our Privacy Statement, which outlines our obligations and practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.
Violation of any of the agreement below will result in the termination of your account relating to the Service (the “Account”).

Your Obligation - Skills

You must have technical skills and good understanding of the shopping cart category you selected to list your company.
Not more than 3 categories listing allowed.

Your Obligation - Using Cart2Cart

You are required to use Cart2Cart service for shopping cart data migration purposes, submit bugs if they are found, submit modification requests if they are necessary.
Active reporters will be rewarded.

Copyright and Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you provide to the Service. Your profile and data uploaded remain yours.
Cart2Cart does not pre-screen Data, but Cart2Cart and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Data that is available via the Service.
