Assisted Migration Service
Assisted Migration Service - professional migration setup service provided by Cart2Cart support engineers to save your time, minimize risks and ensure data safety. It includes necessary actions on your current and new stores and Demo migration according to our Terms of Service. After reviewing the Demo migration results you'll be able to proceed with Full migration with single click.
Here is the procedure:
- Submit your stores access info via Assisted Migration Service Request form. Check the Demo migration results on your Target store after you receive notification from Cart2Cart service.
- Start Full migration from your Cart2Cart account.
Assisted Migration Service Request
Please double check provided info to aviod any issues. Make sure that FTP accounts you provide have permission to upload new files.
Service Priority - you can choose the priority of the assisted migration service. Available options:
- Standard Priority - service provided within 3 business days after confirming the accuracy of access information.
- High Priority - service provided within 24 hours after confirming the accuracy of access information.
Source Store - your current shopping cart you want to migrate from.
Target Store - your new shopping cart you want to migrate to.
