What You Will Pay For
The cost of Assisted Migration Service is not included in the price of your shopping cart migration.
If you order assisted service, the price for your migration will include:
- The cost of full data migration
- It depends on the quantity of items you want to migrate and can be previously estimated here.
- The cost for migration assistance
The prices of assisted migration differ depending on service priority requested:
- High Priority service costs $199
- Standard Priority service costs $99
- Regular Priority service costs $59

How to Set Assisted Migration
For Assisted Migration you need:
- Your source and target shopping carts installed and available online
- FTP access to both your source and target shopping carts

STEP 1. Register an account
Cart2Cart requires no software installation. However, to set up any kind of migration you need to register an account.
STEP 2. Send a request for Assisted Migration Service
Assisted Migration Service is not provided automatically. You need to submit a separate inquiry through the Assisted Migration Service request form. Be careful filling in the form. Check twice the info you are providing to avoid any issues. Make sure that FTP accounts you provide have permission to upload new files.
STEP 3. Cart2Cart technical engineers will perform the Demo Migration for you.
You can check Demo Migration results on your target store.
STEP 4. Check migration status on My Migration page to follow the process of migration performance.
You will receive e-mail notification about the results when the migration is completed.
Time of Assisted Migration Performance
The time of migration depends on the priority of Assisted Migration service.
- High Priority.The guaranteed response period after confirming the accuracy of access information is 24 hours. The actual response period may vary depending on the number of requests at any point of time.
- Standard Priority. The service is provided within 3 business days after confirming the accuracy of access information.
- Regular Priority. You will be notified on migration performance within 5 business days after confirming the accuracy of access information.
